Highway 97 crash victim identified

The BC Coroners Service have released the identity of a Kamloops woman who died in a collision near Vernon.

Susan Louise Delrose, 55, was involved in a fatal crash on Sep. 20.

The Kamloops woman was in the rear passenger seat in an SUV that collided with a pickup truck at Highway 97 and Westside Road at about 5:30 p.m.

Delrose was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her death is still being investigated at this time and her family has been notified.
