Mounties 'very concerned' about missing BC man last seen a week ago

The Merritt RCMP are asking for the public’s help locating a man who has not been seen in about a week.

A news release says Dale Revell, 61, was last seen on Wednesday, April 24, around 6:30 pm, near the 7/11 store in Merritt.

According to police, he was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket from Cabalas, black jeans, black and red Adidas running shoes.

He is described as:

• 6 feet tall (183 cm);

• 166 lbs (75 kg);

• grey hair;

• grey beard;

• blue eyes;

“RCMP are very concerned for his health and well-being,” says an RCMP spokesperson in the release.

“Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Dale Revell is urged to contact their local police, or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.”
